Those are good interests and they sound like fun! I don’t think you should lie. They might sound not very exciting to you, but to others they might sound really interesting. I don’t think you need to add in more, but if you want you could put in anything else you like to do. Cooking, reading, writing, tv, movies, pick nicks, BBQs camping, going to the _______, etc.

You don’t need to list all your interests, just the ones that are most relevant to the position to which you are applying. So you can just focus on your interest in water training your dogs, since it is related to the job and will show your experience in handling animals.
